Overnight Emergency Veterinarian (DVM) Mesa, Arizona | Rapidly Growing 24-Hour Emergency Hospital
Pro-Sal: $150,000 – $200,000 depending on experience – 22%
Full time = 10 thirteen hour shift every 28 days.

We believe that outstanding patient care begins with an exceptional team, and we're looking for an Emergency Veterinarian to join us on our overnight team. Whether you are an experienced ER doctor, a general practitioner interested in transitioning to emergency, or a new grad with a passion for emergency medicine and surgery, we would love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and treat a wide variety of emergency and critical care cases.
- Perform emergency surgeries and life-saving procedures.
- Collaborate with a highly trained team of technicians, assistants, and CSRs.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners during stressful situations.
- Practice high-quality medicine while maintaining efficiency and excellent patient care.
Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree with eligibility for Arizona veterinary licensure.
- Experience in emergency medicine is preferred.
- Experience in soft tissue surgery or desire to gain surgical skills.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A positive attitude and commitment to fostering a supportive workplace culture.
