Job Title: Associate Veterinarian – Small Animal & Mixed Practice (Florence, AZ)
Herd Health Management is excited to announce the opening of our first full-service veterinary clinic in Florence, Arizona! We are a well-established name in the livestock community providing mobile herd health services across the region. We are now expanding into a brand-new small animal clinic with plans for growth, including additional veterinarians and integrated mobile livestock services operating out of the Florence location.
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced veterinarian to join us as we build this new practice from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to become the “hometown vet” in a community that currently has no local veterinary clinic.
Position Overview
As our lead clinic veterinarian, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and shaping our new small animal facility while providing care for both companion animals and small livestock. Florence is a growing rural town (population ~20,000) located in beautiful Pinal County, offering a blend of small-town charm and proximity to larger amenities. This position is ideal for a self-motivated veterinarian who enjoys building relationships in the community and wants to help create a thriving local practice.
Herd Health Management already has a strong foundation in place to support this new clinic. We maintain an established client database, fully operational veterinary practice management software, a professional website, a dedicated receptionist, and experienced veterinary technicians. This existing infrastructure allows you to focus on patient care, community relationship-building, and shaping the clinical side of the practice while benefiting from proven systems and support staff from day one.
